I was brought on to manage New Relic's recently launched Synthetics product. The company was just starting its transition from private to public and my team was switching from green field development to handling a huge number of customer requests from the long pent up demand we were now serving.
I jumped in feet first, learning a new marktet, prioritizing a huge number of competing needs, and helping my team whether our transition.
Two and a half years later we're humming along, enjoying extremely healthy growth of product ARR, and delighting our customers.
